Eve Weatherburn from Meraki Marketing Learning Studio Episode 15

As marketers, we need to develop a wide range of skills to determine best how to develop and promote the brands we take to market.  Regardless of which area of the marketing mix you work in, there's one skill that you need to be developing from early in your marketing career, particularly if getting promoted past Manager-level is a goal of yours.

In this episode I share what this skill is and some examples of how a Strong Performing Manager in marketing demonstrates this skill.  As well as what a Manager who is at Stretch-Level does, confirming they are definitely ready for a step up to a Director (or similar) level.
