As the Founder of Meraki Marketing Learning Studio, I'm a former global Vice President Marketing & Brand Management, who's worked for global hotel brands and retail destinations in 7 countries.

So you might think I had my career path all worked out, including a plan to get promoted to senior marketing leadership roles. Nope.

I spent too long in junior roles, did the same jobs over and over getting bored, took a completely wrong job (!), and didn't know how to get promoted to a leadership role...at first.

It's challenging to work out which marketing skills to develop and which jobs to take to progress your career, particularly if you don't have someone to mentor you or answer all your questions.

That's why I want to share my experience as a marketing leader who's hired, led and mentored many marketers, so you can get answers to your career questions, and know how to develop yourself to become a great marketer..and one who gets noticed!
